Our guest rooms are open all year round and non-smoking.
Our rooms can accommodate a baby cot or an extra bed according to your needs.
Certain spaces are common to all of our guests, namely the lounge, the kitchen and the relaxation area. Thank you for respecting the different spaces and the tranquility of all. Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays and from 8.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekends. At your disposal, pastries, bread, jam, yogurt, tea, coffee, ...
Access to the relaxation area:
Exclusively reserved for our guests, this space is accessible from April to October.
Prices :
Our rates are expressed in euros and including tax
A tourist tax of 0.75 € / person over 18 years / night is applicable.
Reservation conditions:
30% of the amount of your reservation is required upon reservation.
The balance is to be paid on the day of your departure
Accepted methods of payment: bank checks, cash, bank transfers.
Cancellation:
The deposit remains with the owner.
Cancellation 7 days before arrival 100% of the stay.
Shortened stay 100% of the stay.
In case of cancellation of a reservation made on a partner site of the Booking group or the Exepdia group, you will also be liable for their commission (15%) which they will automatically charge including on cancellations.

The rooms must be vacated no later than 10 a.m.
